The Manualoha condominiums consist of 52 units spread across 9 buildings in Poipu Beach Kauai. The Manualoha development contains units ranging in size between 882 sqft to 1,557 sqft. These condos range in price for sale between $450,000 to $1,000,000 and make for excellent vacation rentals. There are a mix of original and completely remodeled units.
